11) Disclaimer

  • our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site will be limited to £100, unless you have paid us for a product/service, in which case it will be limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

  • For use of this Site: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • For paid services/products: the governing law and jurisdiction will be set out in the relevant checkout terms, proposal, or service agreement (and may differ for certain customers/transactions).

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
